existential therapy

People often come to nerative conclusiong about themselves/the world based on trends in past experiances (exp. “I am a failure”). And following that narative will resist help/groth becouse of it.
Nerative therapy work by reauthoring, where a new narative (conclution) gets strung out of the same experiances which does not half groth. (exp. “I am a failure” “I have failed”)
